Famous for its globally recognised colleges, the city’s museums compliment the incredible work that the university has produced, many of which are free-to-enter. Find out more about the University of Cambridge Museums including the fascinating new exhibition at Cambridge University Library - 'Curious Cures'. This free exhibition is here until 6 December and takes a look at the unusual ingredients and very questionable remedies found in medieval medicinal manuscripts, pre-book your timeslot online.
