Wander within 150 acres of beautiful Staffordshire woodland and gardens that are home to over 420 thought-provoking memorials, each with a special story to tell. Every year, new memorials are added so there’s always something different to see. Recently added memorials include the Royal Air Force Armourers Memorial and the Le Paradis Massacre Memorial.
At the heart of the Remembrance Centre is a fascinating, interactive exhibition called Landscapes of Life, which provides a preview of the Arboretum. With audio visual displays, hands-on interactives, artistic interpretation and the opportunity for visitors to share their experiences, it’s the perfect start to a visit.
Guided walks and talks take place daily and there is also a land train that takes visitors around the site – prebooking is advisable. You'll find homemade meals and snacks in the Restaurant and Coffee Shop along with high quality products in the shop, all of which are linked to the memorials, wildlife or stories to help remind you of your visit. Find out more about what's here.
Includes return travel and a reserved coach seat with free entry to the National Memorial Arboretum. The coach is due to arrive at 11:45 and depart at 16:30. There will be a short services comfort stop on the outward journey.
