Expect a fast moving festive celebration of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety at Thursford's annual Christmas Spectacular, set in the magical surroundings of mechanical organs and fairground carousels! With a cast of 130 (many straight out of the West End!) it is the biggest Christmas show of its kind in Europe! Expect seasonal hits, chart toppers and traditional carols.
The show first opened its doors in 1977 and has successfully run every year since, performing to over six million happy visitors! The show got even bigger in 2023 following the installation of a state-of-the-art sound system along with new costumes, routines and acts, and the last four years have been complete sell-outs!
Watch the dazzling 2024 highlights and read our customer reviews to find out why it's so popular! "The whole experience was wonderful ... the show was fantastic and magical", "Whole day was amazing" • "The room looks like a child’s dream, with reindeers moving across the ceiling and even an ornate carousel in the corner". Thursford won Best Christmas Experience at the 2024 Group Leisure & Travel Awards!
Includes return travel, reserved coach seat & a centre raised ticket for the afternoon show. The coach is due to arrive at 12:45, giving you time to visit one of Thursford's tempting food outlets before the 14:00 show. There will be a 25 minute interval and the show is expected to end at 17:00, the coach will depart 20 minutes later. There'll be a 45 minute comfort stop on the outward journey (likely to be at Ffolkes in Hillington). Recommended age 8+, children under 5 not permitted. Please note the finale of the show includes a fly over of white doves across the auditorium.
