Our Christmas visits are always so popular that we just had to return in summer, especially as the museum is celebrating its 50th year in 2026! See the world’s largest, and finest, collection of steam engines and hear the mighty Wurlitzer played live by Resident organist, Robert Wolfe – the master of these astonishing 1,339 pipes! Relive your youth on the colourful fairground rides including Gallopers’ from 1896 (£3pp/ride), bring a picnic or pop to the Barn Café and shop in the ‘Olde Worlde’ shopping village before finishing the day by the sea in Sheringham.

Includes entry to Thursford Steam Museum, free time in Sheringham, return travel and a reserved coach seat. The coach is due to arrive at Thursford Steam Museum at 11:30, in time for Robert Wolf’s Whirlitzer Show at 12:30, and will depart for Sheringham at 14:00. We are due to arrive in Sheringham just after 14:30 and will depart at 17:00 (setting down and picking up at Station Yard Coach Park). Note: On occasion, unexpected repairs and maintenance may need to be carried out meaning not 100% guaranteed that rides or organs will be running.
