This beautiful line is 'bringing rail back to the Dale'. Watch seemingly endless views roll by as you pass through the Yorkshire Dales on a heritage diesel trail. Start your journey at Leeming Bar Station and pop into its restored museum that tells you all about rural railway life in the 1920s. Travel through the picturesque stations of Bedale and Finghall Lane before arriving in the traditional town of Leyburn. Spend time amongst the tempting independent shops and cafés and enjoy the lively Friday market in the town square. Take a scenic drive through The Dales to finish the day in the cathedral city of Ripon - 'Yorkshire's Big Little Secret' - where magnificent historical buildings, award-winning museums and small streets filled with local boutiques await.

Includes return travel, reserved coach seat, journey on the Wensleydale Railway, scenic Dales drive, free time in Leyburn and Ripon. The coach is due to arrive at Leeming Bar Station at 11:30 ready for the 12:00 train to Leyburn, arriving at 12:40. Take the short coach transfer to Leyburn town for free time, departing at 15:00 for Ripon. The scenic drive to Ripon brings us in to the town at 15:45 and the coach will head home at 17:15.
