Step inside Windsor Castle's State Apartments and see the beloved family home of the Royals in all its festive finery. This Christmas a specially commissioned sparkling Garter Star will top the 20-foot-tall Nordmann Fir tree in St. George’s Hall to celebrate the 675th anniversary of the Order of the Garter. This is the oldest chivalry in Britain, founded in Windsor in 1348. The elaborate Crimson Drawing Room will also feature a glistening Garter Star and the 160-foot-long dining table in the Waterloo Chamber will be laid with porcelain from the Garter Service.

The magnificent centrepiece in St George's Hall - a 20ft Fir tree taken from Windsor Great Park - will be dressed with hundreds of twinkling lights and delicate ornaments. Items from the Royal Collection will also be displayed on the large table in the Waterloo Chamber, creating a sumptuous spectacle beneath glittering chandeliers. Your ticket also includes access to St. George's Chapel, one of the most beautiful ecclesiastical buildings in England and the final resting place of 11 monarchs including Henry VIII, Charles I and most recently Queen Elizabeth II.

We're due to arrive at 12:00 and depart at 17:00, the coach will set down / pick up at the coach park behind the station. There will be a short services comfort stop on the outward journey. Note for passengers boarding at Serpentine Green. There are road closures on the slip roads at junction 3 of the Fletton Parkway, the coach will pick up as planned but please allow more time to get to your departure point.
