Leave the mainland via Langstone Bridge and check in.
Tuesday
Speed across The Solent from Southsea to Ryde on the world’s only year-round passenger hovercraft service! Reach speeds of up to 50mph, arriving on the Isle of Wight in a thrilling 10 minutes! Glide effortlessly into Ryde where there’s time to enjoy one of the UK’s original seaside destinations – much loved by Queen Victoria. Wednesday
Spend the morning in Chichester, a Roman cathedral city with pedestrianised shopping and a free-to-enter museum housing Roman Bath remains and offering unique cathedral views from the top floor! From Chichester Harbour we’ll board a new solar- powered catamaran. This virtually silent vessel allows you to get up close to wildlife with an onboard expert guiding you through the harbour’s special habitats and history. Finish the day with a scenic drive back to the hotel.
Thursday
Start the day in the heart of the South Downs National Park at the Weald & Downland Living Museum, created to preserve the history of rural England and the untold stories of its inhabitants. This unique, open-air site explores 1000 years of traditional trades and crafts through fascinating working exhibits. Finish the day with a stroll around the picturesque coastal village of Bosham.
Friday
An 09:30 departure allows time to enjoy the colourful spring blooms at The Savill Garden in Windsor Great Park on your journey home. Springtime sees magnolias, award-winning rhododendrons and flowering Japanese cherry trees come in to their own.
