Take in the seemingly endless scenery with a leisurely rides out to Newport and Godshill and enjoy views across The Solent in Ryde - one of the UK's original seaside destinations - much loved by Queen Victoria.
Celebrate Christmas with a fantastic programme of entertainment and festive catering, all put together by the welcoming, grade II listed, Royal Esplanade Hotel, at the foot of Ryde's Victorian pier. There’ll be festive treats for you to indulge upon throughout but don’t worry, you’ll soon dance the calories away with music in the evening and fresh winter strolls along the seafront during the day.

Saturday
Sail across The Solent and warm up at the hotel with tea/coffee or a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie on arrival. Before dinner there’ll be prosecco to sip as you listen to carol singers and after dinner a DJ will play top tunes from the 50’s through to the 80’s!
Sunday
Head inland, on Christmas Eve, to the island’s principal town of Newport and explore the shops and cafés that surround the two main Georgian squares. Spend your afternoon at leisure in Ryde before this evening’s entertainment.
Monday
Merry Christmas! There’s time for a refreshing stroll along the prom before a traditional Christmas lunch at the hotel. Later, enjoy High Tea and a slice of cake before quiz time tonight (for those of you that haven't fallen asleep in a cosy armchair!).
Tuesday
After a quiet Boxing Day morning we’ll take an afternoon ride to the quintessentially English village of Godshill, home to some of the island’s oldest architecture. There’s a festive buffet this evening before entertainment from a DJ or singer at the hotel.
Wednesday
Time to check out, cross The Solent and return home. Merry Christmas everyone.
