BOOKING TEAM

We’re looking for a new member to join our friendly booking team. Our customers love to know that there’s a welcoming voice on the other end of the phone, if you’re a people person with an eye for sales and an attention to detail then this could be the role for you. Our new Holiday Sales Executive will ideally have experience in a customer facing sales role with strong administrative skills. Holiday Sales Executive

  • Mon-Fri 
  • One year maternity cover
  • 09:30-16:30 (we're happy to discuss some flexibility with these hours)
  • From £18,000 per annum (depending on experience and final agreed hours)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Free fare only travel on holidays and day trips (if availability allows) and the chance to attend hosted events/shows
  • Start date is flexible but definitely by the end of August 2024
  • Interviews early July

Key Responsibilities

  • Process holiday bookings from start to finish (including cancellations and amendments)
  • Liaise with suppliers (eg. hotels, attractions, taxis)
  • Prepare tour information packs for drivers and passengers
  • Assist in arranging holiday itineraries
  • Follow up sales enquiries and potential bookings
  • Attend and support our celebratory Reunion Weekend

DRIVING TEAM

We're looking for friendly, professional drivers to join our welcoming team. Our increased workload requires additional team members and we have vacancies for both full time and part time staff. Full Time Coach Drivers

If you're a people person looking for an engaging role in the local community then consider a career in coach driving. We're looking for full time coach drivers to undertake work in the local area, providing transport for coach hire groups.

  • Hours will vary
  • £24,000-£27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

  • We offer free Certificate of Professional Competence training
  • Start date is flexible but ideally asap

Part Time Coach Drivers

We're looking for drivers to support local schools and parents in ensuring students arrive safely and on time. Transporting school children can be a highly rewarding role, did you know bus and coach drivers are the most thanked workers in the UK?

  • Mon-Fri (we can be flexible)
  • Term time only (190 days per year)
  • Morning hours start between 07:00/07:30 and finish between 09:00/09:30
  • Afternoon hours start at 14:15 and finish between 16:15/16:45
  • There's an opportunity for extra hours upon your request, otherwise the day is yours to enjoy between 09:30-14:15 every day!
  • £16,000 per annum
  • Pension scheme

  • We offer free Certificate of Professional Competence training

Driver characteristics and skills

  • Pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (which we will cover the cost of)
  • Excellent customers service skills
  • Presentable
  • Flexible
  • In possession of a valid, clean Passenger Carrying Vehicle License
