The State Rooms, at the heart of Buckingham Palace, provide the setting for ceremonial occasions and official entertaining, where The King and members of the Royal Family welcome guests from all walks of life. Highlights include the Picture Gallery, home to some of the finest artworks in the Royal Collection, The Throne Room with its dramatic arch and canopy and The Ballroom where the end of the Crimean War was celebrated. The coach is due to arrive in London at 11:45 with free time before our timed entry to the State Apartments (12:45 for the first group and 13:15 for the second), followed by a 45 minute guided garden tour (15:00 for the first group and 15:30 for the second).
